Italian Brass & Cane Handled Basket

This is a mid-century Italian bamboo and brass basket bowl, in the style of Vivai del Sud (1960s–70s). Coiled pencil-reed bamboo body with a brass rim band, plus an arched bamboo swing handle with brass ferrule wrapping. Good honey patina, aged brass.
