French Antique Pestle & Mortar C1570-80

Late 16th Century/Early 17th Century Bronze Pestle & Mortar. Beautiful decorative piece with a tapered shape with a corbelled edge and moulded heel. Finely decorated with 14 pastillages and a border of scallop shells. French C1580-90.
