A two-part campaignchest: a cupboard with arched fielded-panel doors and brass-cornered top, sitting on a base of two long drawers with turned roundel knobs and bun feet. The sides have recessed iron handles and brass strapping. The timber is a warm reddish hardwood, not identified from photos.

Painted on the underside is what appears to be "William Morris" in a Victorian hand.
